Pritchard Land Surveying, Inc. is a family owned and operated business providing land surveying services throughout the state of Ohio. The company was formed with the goal of maintaining the highest standards of accuracy while tailoring our services to meet the specific needs of individual clients.
ERNEST L. PRITCHARD, P.S.
A native of Chillicothe, Ohio, and a graduate of Chillicothe High School, Ernest served as a Second Class Petty Officer during the Vietnam War. After his military service, he earned a Civil Engineering degree from Columbus State College and a Business Administration degree from Ohio University. In 1982, Ernest became a licensed Professional Surveyor in Ohio (P.S. #6837) and founded Pritchard Land Surveying, Inc. in 1984. He currently serves as the Principal-in-Charge of Professional Surveying for the company.
NICHOLAS J. PRITCHARD, P.S.
A licensed Professional Surveyor in Ohio, holding P.S. #8845 since 2022. He is a graduate of Chillicothe High School and has earned multiple degrees:
Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography from Ohio University
Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Science from Penn State University
Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering - Surveying from Columbus State Community College
Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Franklin University
Since 2006, Nick has gained comprehensive experience in the surveying field under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. He currently serves as a Professional Surveyor at Pritchard Land Surveying, Inc and is a proud member of The Ohio Society of Professional Surveyors (OSPS).
DREW T. PRITCHARD
Drew has been an integral part of Pritchard Land Surveying, Inc. since 2012, serving as the Senior Survey Technician. In this role, he excels in deed research and investigation, drafting, data collection, and analysis, contributing significantly to the company's operations.
